Walking through the beautiful area of Chiado was a delight, with the fine views from my room really exceeding my expectations. I loved how easily I could reach the National Museum of Contemporary Art in just a few minutes.

Everything was very good, amazing location very close to stores, restaurants, main attractions and the starting point to walking tours, shops and custard tarts, and other quarters in the city and the waterfront, attentive staff.

Extremely helpful staff, airy master suite. Great services, lovely bathroom.

Would recommend for a city escape

Spacious room, excellent location, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making meal arrangements even outside regular hours, while the provided complimentary wi-fi made it easy to plan my daily adventures around the area.

Dinner is a no-brainer here with the amazing in-room breakfast that's like a feast for the senses! My room was lush, super comfy, and gave me fab views to boot. Can't forget to mention the staff. They were beyond accommodating.

A few too many stairs for comfort, especially with a hefty luggage load. Over 40 steps to reach the first floor. Noise from the street can be unbearable, especially given the nearby nightlife and refuse collection. The breakfast timing was a hassle. It seems like a narrow window that didn't align well with our plans. There was an open bathroom setup lacking a door, leaving little privacy.

Inquire about rooms facing the river for a quieter experience. They offer fine views and reduced street noise.

Staying in a gorgeous master suite with stunning street views was a real treat, and the breakfast served right to our room made mornings feel special. There were great spots to relax like the cozy lounge area and the lovely terrace for soaking up the sun. Just wish there were a few more light vegan options at breakfast to really hit the mark! 🌞

A wonderfully spacious room included amazing views of the cathedral and the coast. Breakfast delivered to the room featured delicious homegrown organic fruits. The limited dining options nearby and the challenge of navigating the steep stairs were great.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Chiado! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with two sinks. Every morning, a lovely breakfast selection was delivered right to our room. The staff, especially Marie, was helpful with recommendations and directions.

The room was big size and huge. the views of the sea and the old town were great. - the decor was bright. - the bed was very comfy. - An underground station was near the hotel. - the service was impeccable. - the great onsite restaurant. - I was able to park the car nearby.
